About the Role

As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a foreign language. You will help pupils gain a deeper understanding of international cultures and communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality language lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Teach one or more languages ( French, Spanish, German) depending on specialism

  • Develop students’ fluency, grammar understanding, and cultural awareness

  • Assess, track, and report on student progress

  • Prepare students for GCSE language qualifications

  • Encourage communication and participation in the target language

  • Contribute to enrichment activities such as language clubs or trips abroad
