The Senior Accountant will oversee the hospital's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a certified finance professional with strong analytical skills and healthcare sector experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads. Ensure compliance with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) tax obligations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax. Manage internal and external audit processes and implement audit recommendations.
