Job Description
QS MANAGER Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
- Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues
- Document Control
- Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
- Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry
- Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
- Able to speak Chinese as to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers
