Job Description / Scope of Work
- (1) Check GeBiz, SESAMI, TenderBoard and other tender portal daily
- (2) Study tender documents and drawings, raise tender queries (if any)
- (3) Attend site showround
- (4) Measure and take off quantities for sub-structural, structural and architectural works
- (5) Source for sub-con and supplier quotations
- (6) Price comparison and ensure compliance with tender requirement
- (7) Prepare Work Order to award sub-con / supplier
- (8) Prepare bill of quantities, schedule of rates and other supporting doc
- (9) Prepare cost estimate / quotation / tender submission
- (10) Prepare tender doc and addendum
- (11) Prepare LOI / LOA and contract doc
- (12) Keep track of qty of materials ordered.
- (13) Attend weekly site meeting
- (14) Visit site to evaluate site progress, for interim claim and VO claim purpose
