Job Title: QR Management Analyst – Core Banking

Role Overview
We, at Coforge, are seeking a detail-oriented QR Management Analyst with experience in Core Banking environments to support Change Request (CR) tracking and delivery governance. The role will focus on ensuring smooth execution across the SDLC lifecycle, coordinating with development teams, and driving timely UAT completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a PMO or project coordination background who have worked in banking technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track Change Requests (CRs) from development through to UAT sign-off
- Ensure CRs are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Act as a coordination point between development teams, stakeholders, and QA/UAT teams
