Overview
Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the inspection plan and for the inspection criteria.
- Serve as the focal point for the use of tools such as SPC, Control Plan, and PFMEA to ensure conformity of parts and assemblies.
- Provide specific inspection documentation that will be integrated into work orders during work preparation.
- Co‑coach and support Work Preparation on risk analysis.
- Surveil work preparation processes and their associated documents.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects.
- Perform measurement system analysis to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility of new measurement systems.
