Position Overview

QMAP – Qualified Medication Administration Person (Shift‑based). Pay Range: $2,050–$2,150. The role is located at The Ivy Castle Rock, a senior‑living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents in accordance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident pharmacy and physician.
• Order, track, and deliver all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.
