The Quality & Reliability Engineer (MQE) is responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability through systematic problem solving, robust quality planning, and continuous improvement. The role leads customer complaint resolution, containment actions, and corrective/preventive plans using tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
