The QHSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing monitoring and continuously improving Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards across the companys operations in Dubai. The role ensures full compliance with corporate policies contractual requirements and local regulations while promoting a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
The position also plays a key role in leading the companys certification process for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Supervision & Site Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise all HSE aspects of contractors activities.
- Ensure contractors comply with contractual HSE requirements and company standards.
- Verify that all employees follow internal group HSE policies and procedures.
