- Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Food Safety operations across multiple food manufacturing facilities.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 22000, Halal, SFA, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of findings.
- Conduct site inspections of production to ensure compliance with food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
- Drive investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints, non-conformances, and food safety incidents.
- Oversee supplier qualification, raw material approval, and quality compliance programmes.
- Ensure effective implementation of GMP, HACCP, hygiene, sanitation, and quality control programmes across operations.
