QC / Farmout Coordinator

Reporting to the Assistant Frac Manager - AMS Rentals, the QC/Farmout Coordinator will ensure compliance of wellhead and valve equipment with company Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards through inspection and verification processes. In addition, they will coordinate third‑party farmout services and manage farmout inventory; and maintain accurate and complete documentation for inspection, repair, and farmout activities.

Duties Include:

• Conduct dimensional, visual, and hardness inspections on equipment and components
• Review, verify, and approve equipment for final inspection and release
• Create, complete, and maintain all required inspection and quality documentation
• Initiate, document, and support non‑conformance and corrective action processes (NCIRs)
• Coordinate all farmout activities, including vendor selection, scheduling, calibration/certification, and logistics.
