Job Description
Quality Control & Assurance
- Implement and manage the QA/QC program for all MEP systems ensuring compliance with contract documents, standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections of MEP installations, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Review and monitor MEP subcontractors' work to ensure quality assurance in line with project expectations and timelines.
- Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to project management.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving quality processes.
- Participate in safety audits and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
Inspection & Testing
- Perform regular inspections of MEP installations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as per test plan and checklist based on project specifications.
