QAQC Engineer - Facade

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines specific to facade construction.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications related to the facade.
• Monitor the selection and quality of facade materials including glass, cladding, insulation, and sealants.
• Verify that installation methods comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of facade inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Generate reports summarizing QA/QC findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project management to track and resolve quality-related issues.
• Communicate quality-related information to project stakeholders including project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss and address quality concerns and improvements.
