Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
- Saturday: 8am-12pm (Required to work every Sat during probation; alternate Sat after confirmation)
- Conduct daily hygiene inspections to maintain strict food safety standards.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production records.
- Ensure that microbiological testing and laboratory analyses comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in handling customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
- Support preparation for SFA inspections, internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
