Job Description
What You Own
- End-to-end QA of every CRO test and feature build before go-live (visual, functional, tracking)
- Verification of A/B test logic: correct audience targeting, variant rendering, event tracking
- Validation of production feature builds: layout, responsiveness, interactions, edge cases
- QA checklist creation and maintenance per work type (tests, new sections, checkout, cart)
- Post-launch monitoring: catching regressions, layout shifts, or tracking failures after deployment
- Collaboration with dev to define acceptance criteria before implementation starts
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years in QA for web/e-commerce (Shopify experience strongly preferred)
- Thinks in edge cases: what happens on a 4-inch screen, on slow 3G, with an empty cart, with 12 items?
- Comfortable using Chrome DevTools to inspect elements, check network requests, and validate tracking
