Assist to ensure compliance of Lab QA/QC procedures as per SGS Global QA System requirements and MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.Assist to ensure and enhance the management and implementation of Quality Management System in the laboratory.Assist to ensure Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, WIs, etc. are appropriately documented and implemented.Assist in communicating and follow up with local authorities for various accreditations and certifications.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of laboratory to QA/QC procedures as per MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.Coordinate, handle and support external audits (eg. audits from authorities, customers, etc.)Coordinate Proficiency Test / Inter-Laboratory Comparison activities to ensure Laboratory’s competency.Coordinate with Labs for communication improvement, regular meetings, TEAMS call with branches, etcAssist in root cause inves...
