Responsibilities: Oversee in-process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards. Lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues. Lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including CP, FIS, and WI.
