Proficiency with Postman for API testing - structured request/response validation, test data generation, role-based access checks, and SLA timing verification.
Experience with email QA - template render testing using Email on Acid, Litmus, or equivalent; familiarity with ESP platform testing (Zeta, Braze, Emarsys, or similar).
Working knowledge of tag management QA - understanding what tag management systems do, how to use browser developer tools to validate tag fires, and how to read data layer objects against a specification. Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or equivalent tag debugging tooling is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of agile/Scrum delivery - shift-left quality practices, sprint ceremony participation, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done as quality gates, QA sizing in sprint planning.
