QA Department Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Quality Assurance (QA) Manager oversees the quality and testing operations across an organization. They define quality metrics, develop policies, and manage QA teams to ensure all products or services meet rigorous industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations before reaching the market



QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course

At least 10 years of experience as a QA Manager in a leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing company

MALE or FEMALE

Strong supervisory and managerial skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.
