QA Automation Engineer (Mid-Level)

Genesis10 is currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Mid-Level) for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.


This role is for a versatile QA Automation Engineer to join a distributed quality team. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid tester, comfortable with both sophisticated automation scripting and manual exploratory testing. As the key contact in Plano, you will collaborate closely with the primary team in Charlotte to ensure high-quality releases.



Responsibilities:

Balance your time between developing automated test suites and conducting manual functional testing for new feature sets

Lead the execution of daily smoke tests to ensure environment stability across Lower Level Environments (LLE) before code promotion

Design and maintain scalable automation scripts using Selenium, Java/Python, or TOSCA to improve regression coverage
