Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop the Performance Test Plan and ensure it is reviewed and approved by all relevant stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests to assess system behavior under various conditions.
- Perform workload modeling based on nonfunctional requirements, with consideration to the system’s architecture blueprint and performance objectives.
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for system optimization.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure performance requirements are met and that the test environment is properly configured, including integration with all relevant Systems of Record (SORs).
- Maintain performance test scripts, test data, and related documentation to support ongoing performance validation efforts.
