My client is a leading global hedge fund, seeking an
Electronic Trading Support Engineer
to provide
L1/L2 support
for its electronic trading environment.
Responsibilities Support and monitor trading applications and workflows. Troubleshoot production issues across order flow, market data, and connectivity. Analyse logs and perform root-cause investigations. Read, understand, and debug Python scripts. Partner with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or
Trading Support. Strong
Python
knowledge with the ability to debug existing code. Linux /Unix and SQL experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in financial markets or electronic trading environments is advantageous.
