We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a PX Advisor in the AskHR Team. You will be responsible for providing professional, proactive human resources advice, support and services to Ministry managers to help them achieve agreed outputs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with managers to provide timely solutions, proactive and responsive support to develop and maintain effective employee relationships and business solutions.
• Provide managers with the means to develop in employees the capabilities and experience necessary to contribute to the achievement of business goals and, where appropriate, their personal development/growth objectives within the Ministry or the public sector.
