Purchasing Supervisor Agave & Agriculture (Guadalajara)

Manages the Procurement activities, Sourcing Analytics for BFTM Production and operations ensuring uninterrupted supplies, responsible for implementing and coordinating procurement objectives for supply chain and production strategies in support of the production site for BFTM. Coordinated the strategies for all Agave & Agriculture services (74M USD) following all internal processes and policies of BFTM with a high level of compliance, business continuity plan, correct balance cost, lead time, and working capital for BFTM. Manages and develops her/his team (direct reports) to assure growth, career planning, and maintain balance while following values of BFTM and supporting the Strategic sourcing manager and Global Sourcing.
