Purchasing Specialist

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on quality, delivery, and service.
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, defective goods, or pricing discrepancies
• Coordinate with Finance Department for timely processing of payments

REQUIREMENTS

• A graduate of any Business-related degree
• With at least 2-3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Willing to work onsite or travel to other branches as needed
