Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full availability of inventory in the warehouse at all times.
  • Maintain product quality in line with supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve overall company performance.
  • Manage and approve all supplier orders.
  • Inspect the quality of incoming goods.
  • Decide on returning defective or non-compliant items to suppliers.
  • Review customer complaints about product quality and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain fast inventory turnover and minimize stock holding days.
  • Adjust order quantities based on price changes or anticipated shortages.
  • Review supplier invoices and forward them for payment processing.
  • Ensure corrections are made by suppliers for any incorrect invoices.
  • Manage the sale or redistribution of excess inventory to nearby regions.
