Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Analyze market trends and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost. Manage supplier issues and ensure timely resolution. Procurement Operations: Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Monitor stock levels and order new supplies when necessary. Manage and track purchase orders and invoices. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Track and analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
