**I.
GENERIC DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for supporting the Procurement team related to the supply of products.
Coordinates activities with the Purchasing and Planning team, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and various materials for the company.
Interacts with local and foreign suppliers to update commitments and ensure a smooth flow of materials.
Also responsible for managing assigned product categories and facilitating the movement of necessary materials between different facilities.
**II.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION**
- Manages the updating of supplier commitments and purchase orders in the system.
- Coordinates the sending of open order reports to suppliers.
- Expedites and follows up on pull in and push out requests.
- Keeps the buyer informed about any delays from suppliers.
- Reviews and updates lead times (LT) and minimum order quantities (MOQ) quarterly.
