Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Buyers in daily procurement, sourcing, and administrative activities.
- Generate and maintain the weekly Vendor Non-Fulfilment Report, including updating vendors' delivery status.
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding Purchase Orders and monitor delivery progress to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with suppliers on sample collection, return, and user viewing, where required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on purchasing matters and delivery status.
- Conduct vendor satisfaction surveys and compile the survey results for analysis.
- Perform purchasing administrative duties in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and supervisors' instructions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.
