Job Description
We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for the procurement of items by using Birchstreet System and ensuring timely delivery, conformity to specifications and most competitive pricing.
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions and budgets.Ensure proper filing of quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and invoice issues.Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial ManagementAt least internship experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industryAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAnalytical, with good business acumenInfluential, a good persuader
