Job Description
Summary
Support purchasing and inventory management operations by handling procurement administration, supplier coordination, and ERP data management. Provide Japanese–English interpretation/translation support and assist with supplier communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including purchase ordering and replenishment.
- Prepare, issue, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
- Monitor purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Perform three‑way matching by verifying supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) before payment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and the Finance team to resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, invoices, pricing, and quantities.
