Purchasers and Canvassers

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers
• Request and evaluate quotations and proposals
• Issue and manage purchase orders
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier-related issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Coordinate with internal departments and finance team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
