Purchaser/Procurement Officer - Chinese and Russian Nationals only

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, contractors, materials, equipment and services; obtain quotations, compare offers, negotiate terms and prepare purchase orders.
• Track orders, delivery schedules, supplier performance, documentation and procurement records.
• Coordinate with departments to understand purchasing needs and stock requirements.
• Resolve supply, quality, pricing and delivery issues with vendors.
• Conduct market research and prepare procurement reports, cost analyses and savings updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, ERP, Excel and documentation skills.
• CIPS, CPSM or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
