Job Summary (List Format):

- Oversee and manage procurement sourcing and contracting of required materials.
- Create accurate purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing for both projects and regular stock items.
- Reconcile stock inventories upon receipt of purchase requests and plan procurement accordingly.
- Adhere to the companys budget and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery timelines quality standards and contract compliance.
- Conduct physical inspections of received products to verify quantity and quality.
- Communicate with suppliers promptly regarding defects or damages and arrange quick replacements.
- Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation including contracts invoices and correspondence with vendors.
