Punjabi Community Support Coordinator Role

REACH is looking for a dedicated Punjabi Parent Support Group Coordinator in Delta, B.C. This role focuses on helping families navigate community services effectively.

As part of the outreach team, you will work directly with families facing vulnerabilities. Using trauma-informed and relational approaches, you will collaborate with community resources to create a support network for children, youth, and families. Your insights will contribute to overcoming barriers and improving access to necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:
