Pumps & Compressors Operator (Snowmaking) - Starts around Nov. 1

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communications between leadership, other mountain departments and snowmaking teams to provide accurate and timely information regarding supply/demand, control/safety alerts, and detail for proper gun settings.
• Responsible for recording hourly data of operating equipment and system parameters.
• Updating staff of current weather patterns and conditions.
• Continue to develop a teamwork atmosphere.
• Have an in depth understanding of pump and compressor operation.
• Have a full understanding of mountain layout and travel routes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 season's experience of snowmaking.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work with various hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outside in adverse conditions.
