We’re looking for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making things simpler - using AI. You’ll be at the front line of the business operations and customer experience, responding to questions, spotting patterns, and helping us automate a fast, intuitive support / engagement experience across the customer lifecycle. This role blends customer support / engagement operations, systems improvement, and content creation. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys structure and data, but also likes writing, creating, and improving how things work.

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. You’ll be coached and supported, but curiosity, ownership, and a strong customer mindset are essential.
