Provides technical advice and tools to accountants and analysts in the continuing revision and improvement of the Agency accounting system and processes, including the implementation of financial quality assurance and internal control activities. Serves as an interface for financial audits, reviews, and assessments. Evaluates, reviews, and interprets statutory, regulatory, and policy directives affecting operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
