Public Inquiry & Case Management Lead

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and resolve complex public queries relating to pre-enlistment. You will engage proactively with the public, perform detailed analysis of case data, and drive improvements in customer relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt communication styles. Appointment will be commensurate with experience, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
