Public Area Cleaner

The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel public spaces. You will ensure that guest-facing areas are welcoming, immaculate, and reflective of the hotel’s quality standards, playing a key role in creating a positive first and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, lounges, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and stairwells
• Ensure public spaces are consistently clean, tidy, and well presented throughout the day
• Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms as required
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards
• Follow correct cleaning procedures and safe use of chemicals and equipment
• Respond courteously to guest enquiries when approached
