Tasks
Receiving accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to procedures

Regularly checking dedicated portals and retrieving invoices from specified sources

Scanning and uploading invoices into the system in line with established guidelines

Handling selected communication (via email) with all internal departments

Contacting relevant departments to clarify the correctness and completeness of documents

Archiving paper documents in accordance with internal policies

Physically sending letters to designated departments as required
