Job Description
The Psychologist provides psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to individuals, families, and groups experiencing trauma and mental health difficulties due to violence. The role includes opportunities for programme development, research contributions, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
This role may also include supervision of junior staff and supporting the professional development of the team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Services
Triage referred cases for in-house psychological services or referral to appropriate external agencies
Conduct psychological assessments of children and families to understand mental health difficulties and risk concerns and provide sound recommendations based on clinical formulation.
