Psychiatry Physician

A mission-driven nonprofit behavioral health organization in New York is seeking a Psychiatrist Medical Director to lead psychiatric services and support continued program growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician leader who is passionate about community behavioral health, trauma-informed care, substance use disorder services, clinical quality, and staff mentorship. The Medical Director will play a key leadership role overseeing psychiatric programs, supporting Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and medical staff, strengthening clinical protocols, and helping ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery.

This role is primarily on-site in office and clinical settings, with potential for some telehealth services. Local or commutable candidates are strongly preferred.

$300,000 annually, depending on experience and overall fit.
