Entune Behavioral Health offers outpatient behavioral health services for children and adults in multiple clinics throughout Arizona. We provide couple's and family therapy services, Psychiatric Evaluations, and Medication Management Services. We are actively seeking a provider in Tucson, AZ, to service our clinics in Arizona.

Role and Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will:

• Counsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.
• Documents items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan.
• Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Assists with oversight of Therapist's intakes as applicable based on insurance requirements.
