Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for sustaining test engineering activities of PSG (Power Solution Group)
Responsibilities
- Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team on PSG sustaining test engineering activities
- Develop test coverage and quality matrix to ensure no test escapees and best quality of test screening for customer
- Lead a team of engineers for all sustaining test activities in mass production including yield, quality or cost improvement
- Champion of tester platform roadmap for PSG
- Manage test system enhancement to achieve best Cost of Test (COT) for PSG
- Support test related customer activities including develop new test screening and special new test for customer
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics
- Good oral and written English language
