Overview

Quality Plant Engineering Leader Job Description. The Quality Plant Engineering Leader is a direct report to the ENG/FQM and dotted line with the Quality Plant Engineering Manager. The role leads the quality plant engineering team within the defined perimeter.

Principle Relationships Daily operational production meetings with Quality Plant Engineering Manager and the team, control tower to address quality issues/performance. Weekly meetings with the FQM manager. Weekly meetings with Supplier Quality Development, ENG/CCLP Cross Car Line & Project, MFG/VPE/GAPE to coordinate the progress of the 7 diamonds. Convening of the site director's/quality managers of the most failing supplier sites and meetings with suppliers. Operational Context
