Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer II - Lean & Production

Rocket Lab in Auckland, New Zealand, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II – Propulsion to oversee process improvements and product revisions for the Rutherford engine. You will support leadership with deliverables for internal leadership, the board, and investors, while driving DFMA, quality, and cost improvements across production.

Responsibilities include developing production procedures, interfacing with quality, tooling design, and leading lean initiatives, 5S, and automation where appropriate.
