Position Summary
The Proposals & Marketing Coordinator (Contract) will support the Proposals & Business Development Manager and the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications with the preparation and coordination of proposal submissions for projects pursued by Multiplex across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
This role is best suited to a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with strong written communication skills and an interest in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate development sectors.
The successful candidate will assist with proposal development, content management, coordination of pursuit team inputs, and production support, including layout and graphic assistance using Adobe InDesign.
The role operates in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting and requires flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail. This is a 4‑month contract position with a pay rate of $30 per hour.
