What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end proposal development process — from RFP receipt and compliance assessment through to final submission via email, web portal, or hard copy. Develop high-quality, persuasive proposals in response to RFX and other solicitation documents, ensuring alignment with client needs and TELUS Health capabilities. Create proposal outlines, compliance matrices, templates, and identify boilerplate content and core qualification materials (resumes, biographies, project qualifications, certifications, references). Write bespoke answers to customer questions, weaving in win themes and ensuring written content is clear, accessible, and compelling. Manage daily proposal activities — tracking data calls, reviewing submissions, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring drafts to meet submission deadlines. Facilitat...
