We are a commercial interior construction company based in the GTA, specializing in high-end commercial renovation projects in the downtown core. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Writer who is creative, organized, has strong communication skills, and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit professional, high-quality proposal documents and other marketing materials and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop RFP response strategy.
• Develop new content to meet specific opportunities.
• Produce visual communication materials consistent with our brand and vision.
• Assist with maintenance and brand consistency of the corporate website.
• Assist with social media updates (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
• Participate in social events promoting the firm’s expertise and brand identity.
